We're seeking a visionary Senior Logistics Operations Manager to lead our cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end supply chain optimization. This pivotal role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution in our state-of-the-art Singapore hub.
As a key driver of our regional operations, you'll spear initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure seamless cross-border compliance. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to implement cutting-edge logistics technologies while maintaining our industry-leading customer satisfaction metrics.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize cost and service levels
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals across procurement, inventory, and distribution
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and process re-engineering
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean customs regulations and ASEAN trade policies
- Implement AI-powered inventory management systems across 3 distribution centers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years progressive logistics experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record optimizing supply chain networks in APAC region
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of Singapore customs regulations and ASEAN trade agreements
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management across cultures
