Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and regional carriers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective shipping.
- Oversee compliance with safety standards and international trade regulations.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing operations team to exceed quarterly KPIs and throughput targets.
- Drive the integration of new warehouse management software (WMS) to improve tracking accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, or operations management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar shipping budgets.
- Expertise in ERP and WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Associates).
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or advanced Excel.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and change management.
- Professional certification (e.g., CSCP or CLTD) is highly preferred.
