Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive logistical strategies to streamline regional distribution cycles.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including 3PL providers and carrier negotiations, to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end inventory flow, utilizing data-driven insights to mitigate supply chain bottlenecks.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing sustainable and scalable logistics automation solutions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous operational improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with regional, federal, and international transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in high-volume logistics or supply chain operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/WMS systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing remote or dispersed teams.
- Strong analytical capability, with mastery in Excel and logistics modeling software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Professional certification (e.g., CSCP or CLTD) is highly preferred.
