- Develop and implement data-driven supply chain strategies to reduce operational costs by 15% annually.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and strategic vendor partners.
- Ensure 100% compliance with international trade regulations, safety protocols, and DOT mandates.
- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and logistics coordinators to drive peak performance.
- Utilize advanced WMS and TMS platforms to optimize fleet utilization and resource allocation.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to proactively address bottlenecks and improve delivery timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics management, specifically within high-volume distribution centers.
- Expert-level proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Proven track record of scaling logistics operations in a rapidly growing environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets for operational improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Professional certification such as CLTD or CSCP is highly preferred.
