Responsibilities
- Direct daily logistics operations, including transportation planning, carrier management, and freight optimization.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable operational improvements.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of logistics coordinators and analysts.
- Oversee vendor and 3PL relationships to ensure strict compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and manage the annual logistics budget, focusing on cost-reduction and process automation.
- Ensure full adherence to global transport regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to streamline inventory throughput.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in high-volume logistics or transportation management.
- Expertise in TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency by at least 15% YoY.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Professional certification (e.g., CSCP or CLTD) is highly preferred.
