Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs while improving delivery speed and accuracy
- Lead digital transformation initiatives in warehouse management systems and IoT tracking
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and customs brokerage partners
- Optimize international freight forwarding across APAC routes with focus on sustainability
- Analyze logistics KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations and international trade standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years in logistics management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in TMS/WMS platforms and data-driven logistics optimization
- Proven experience managing cross-border operations in Southeast Asia
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex logistics data
- Certification in Six Sigma, CSCP, or equivalent highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and change management expertise
