Apex Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a dynamic Senior Logistics Operations Manager to join our elite team in Singapore. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for orchestrating complex supply chains, optimizing distribution networks, and ensuring seamless delivery of our clients' products across the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Optimization: Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including freight forwarding, inventory management, and distribution strategies, to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a diverse team of logistics coordinators and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and freight forwarders to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process enhancements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, freight costs, and inventory turnover, providing actionable reports to executive leadership.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all logistics operations adhere to local and international regulations, including customs clearance and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics management software. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Language: Excellent command of English (written and verbal). Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong negotiation skills, and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Incoterms, international trade regulations, and multimodal transport solutions.
