Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies to optimize domestic and international freight movement.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and carrier partners to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of logistics coordinators and analysts.
- Monitor compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce total landed costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Expert-level proficiency in TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex logistics data.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume freight operations in a rapid-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in APICS, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma is highly preferred.
