Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end logistics strategy, overseeing domestic and international freight movements.
- Optimize warehouse throughput and inventory accuracy through advanced WMS integration.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with 3PL providers and regional carriers.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising service levels.
- Direct cross-functional teams to troubleshoot supply chain bottlenecks and mitigate risk.
- Implement lean methodology across all distribution nodes to maximize operational flow.
- Ensure full compliance with DOT, HAZMAT, and international trade regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive management experience in high-volume logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Proven track record in managing P&L and multi-million dollar operating budgets.
- Exceptional analytical skills with an expert-level understanding of data visualization tools.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing remote or geographically dispersed teams.
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
