Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations across 3 strategic distribution centers
- Optimize transportation networks to reduce costs by 15% annually
- Implement and manage WMS/TMS systems for real-time visibility
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with EU customs regulations and ISO standards
- Develop KPIs and analytics dashboards for performance tracking
- Negotiate contracts with freight forwarders and 3PL providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business
- 8+ years of progressive logistics experience in Europe
- Proven expertise in customs clearance and international shipping
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) preferred
- Fluent English and Dutch language skills
