- Implement customs compliance protocols for 15+ ASEAN trade lanes
- Lead cross-functional teams of 20+ logistics specialists and vendors
- Drive sustainability initiatives reducing carbon footprint by 20% annually
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years in logistics operations with 3+ in managerial roles
- Expertise in Singapore's port/airport operations and customs regulations
- Advanced proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Certification in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+
