Responsibilities
- Design and optimize multi-modal transportation networks across APAC
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, freight, and customs clearance
- Implement WMS/TMS upgrades to enhance real-time visibility and automation
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects
- Develop KPI frameworks for inventory turnover, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency
- Negotiate strategic partnerships with carriers and 3PL providers
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's logistics regulations and international trade standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 10+ years in logistics management with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in APAC trade routes and customs regulations
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Certification in Six Sigma, CSCP, or CPIM preferred
- Experience with warehouse automation and IoT integration
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
