Responsibilities
- Lead and scale daily logistics operations, focusing on warehouse efficiency and last-mile delivery performance.
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to optimize cost-to-serve metrics.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and carrier partners to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify operational bottlenecks and execute actionable improvement plans.
- Oversee inventory management systems and ensure high levels of accuracy across all distribution centers.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to foster a culture of safety, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operational budgets and reducing overhead costs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP software and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) is highly preferred.
