Responsibilities
- Lead and scale daily logistics operations, ensuring on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and carrier partners to optimize costs.
- Implement data-driven strategies to reduce transit times and improve overall network throughput.
- Ensure full compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international shipping regulations.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of warehouse and logistics coordinators.
- Utilize advanced TMS/ERP software to track KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Oversee seasonal capacity planning and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics management, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record of managing complex distribution networks and large carrier fleets.
- Expertise in TMS software (e.g., SAP TM, Oracle, or Blue Yonder).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team culture and operational excellence.
- Professional certification (e.g., CLTD, CSCP) is highly preferred.
