Responsibilities
- Orchestrate end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery and maximum efficiency.
- Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics coordinators and analysts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing strategies to optimize freight costs and improve margins.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and international shipping regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, or freight forwarding.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and logistics software platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, import/export regulations, and customs compliance.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable vendor terms.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
