Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including air/sea freight, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery
- Develop strategic partnerships with 3PL providers and carrier networks to optimize routing and reduce transit times
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce warehouse operational costs by 15% annually
- Lead digital transformation initiatives for real-time shipment tracking and inventory visibility
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's PSA regulations and international trade compliance standards
- Manage KPI dashboard reporting for on-time delivery, damage rates, and cost-per-kilometer metrics
- Lead crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions and weather-related delays
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics management with 3+ years in APAC markets
- Advanced proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP TM, Oracle SCM, or equivalent)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation
- Proven track record reducing logistics costs by 20%+ while improving service levels
- Expert knowledge of INCOTERMS 2020 and Singapore customs regulations
- Strong data analytics skills with experience in Power BI or Tableau
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
