Responsibilities

- Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution networks
- Oversee transportation planning, carrier negotiations, and freight management
- Analyze logistics data using WMS/TMS systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing logistics projects and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, safety standards, and industry certifications
- Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to track logistics performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven expertise in warehouse operations, transportation management, and inventory control
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics data interpretation
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms and logistics optimization software
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic mindset
- CSCP or CLTD certification preferred
