Responsibilities
- Oversee multimodal transportation networks (road, rail, sea, air)
- Optimize warehouse operations and distribution center workflows
- Manage 3PL vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Implement sustainable logistics practices and ESG compliance
- Lead digital transformation projects with TMS/WMS integration
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and develop improvement strategies
- Coordinate customs clearance and international trade compliance
- Mentor junior logistics specialists
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years in logistics management with 3PL experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP TM and Oracle WMS systems
- Strong understanding of INCOTERMS 2020 and EU customs regulations
- Certified in CPIM or CSCP preferred
- Proven track record of cost reduction (15%+ in previous roles)
- Fluency in English and Dutch; German beneficial
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership
