Responsibilities
- Oversee international freight forwarding, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery operations
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to reduce transit times by 20%
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements using TMS/WMS systems
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean customs regulations and ISO standards
- Drive sustainability initiatives in packaging and transportation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business
- 8+ years in logistics management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in APAC supply chain networks and documentation
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certification in CPIM or CSCP preferred
- Fluent in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
