Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Develop and implement cost-effective distribution strategies using advanced analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and KPIs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with freight partners
- Drive sustainability initiatives through green logistics practices
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Implement continuous improvement programs using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead digital transformation projects in logistics technology adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive logistics management experience
- Proven expertise in international freight forwarding and customs compliance
- Advanced proficiency in WMS, TMS, and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic mindset
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
