Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations across 3 distribution centers and 200+ carrier partners
- Develop and implement cost-effective transportation strategies using TMS platforms
- Lead continuous improvement projects in warehouse automation and inventory control
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including freight forwarders and customs brokers
- Analyze KPIs to enhance delivery performance and reduce transit times
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international trade regulations
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing multi-channel fulfillment strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years of progressive logistics experience with 3+ in management
- Expertise in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation
- Proven track record optimizing transportation networks reducing costs by 15%+
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent project management abilities with PMP certification a plus
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
