Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation logistics
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize cost, efficiency, and delivery times
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders
- Analyze logistics data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate contracts for optimal service levels
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Drive continuous process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive logistics/supply chain management experience
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics operations and reducing costs
- Expertise in transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Professional certification (CSCP, CPIM, or CSCP) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software platforms
