- Vendor management and negotiation with 3PL partners across 15+ countries
- Compliance assurance for ISO 9001 and Singapore Customs regulations
- Team leadership of 12+ logistics professionals with KPI-driven performance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Analytics
- 8+ years in logistics management with APAC exposure
- Expertise in SAP TM and Oracle SCM platforms
- CSCP or CPIM certification mandatory
- Proven track record in reducing logistics costs by 15%+
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for regional coordination
- Experience with cold chain and pharmaceutical logistics
