Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 3PL providers and shipping carriers
- Utilize data analytics to optimize logistics networks and enhance delivery performance
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Drive digital transformation through WMS/TMS implementation and automation
- Manage annual logistics budget and KPI reporting to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive logistics management experience
- Proven expertise in APAC supply chain operations and customs regulations
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and data analytics tools
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent qualification
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking capabilities
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one Asian language
