Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation
- Optimize logistics networks using data analytics to reduce transit times and carbon footprint
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 3PL providers and shipping carriers
- Implement compliance protocols for international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks and service disruptions
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and process automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics management with international exposure
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and TMS platforms
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs regulations, and cross-border trade
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in logistics cost optimization
- Certification in CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent highly desirable
- Fluency in English and Dutch; proficiency in other European languages a plus
