Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-modal transportation strategies across North America
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution
- Analyze KPIs to reduce transportation costs by 15% annually
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers
- Oversee compliance with customs regulations (CBP, FDA)
- Deploy WMS/TMS systems to enhance supply chain visibility
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business
- 8+ years progressive logistics leadership experience
- Expertise in LTL/FTL optimization and drayage operations
- CSCP or CLTD certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SAP TM and Manhattan WMS
- Proven track record in cost reduction initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with SQL/Excel mastery
- Experience managing 50+ person logistics teams
