Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Optimize logistics networks through data-driven analytics and route optimization algorithms
- Manage strategic partnerships with carriers, 3PL providers, and customs authorities
- Implement lean logistics practices to reduce waste and improve delivery times
- Lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines
- Develop and maintain logistics KPIs while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations
- Drive digital transformation through WMS/TMS implementation and IoT integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive logistics experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in international trade compliance and customs regulations
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (SAP EWM, Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics modeling and cost optimization
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) highly desirable
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one Asian language
