Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation logistics
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing logistics projects with strict adherence to SLAs
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and key stakeholders
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through WMS/TMS implementation
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven track record leading complex logistics operations with $50M+ budgets
- Expertise in WMS/TMS implementation and supply chain analytics
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation required
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software and data visualization tools
