Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions across APAC markets
- Lead 15+ member cross-functional teams in warehouse, transportation, and vendor management
- Optimize inventory turnover (target: <20 days) and distribution networks
- Drive digital transformation via WMS/TMS implementation and IoT integration
- Develop sustainability initiatives (carbon footprint reduction targets: 15% YoY)
- Manage $50M+ annual procurement budget and vendor relationships
- Ensure 99.8% on-time delivery through process optimization
- Lead crisis management and contingency planning for supply disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in logistics/supply chain management with 5+ years in leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business; MBA preferred
- CSCP or CLTD certification mandatory
- Expertise in APAC customs regulations and international trade compliance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and WMS/TMS platforms
- Proven track record in cost reduction (minimum 12% savings in 3 years)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; Japanese/Korean highly valued
- Experience with 3PL/4PL management and cross-border e-commerce logistics
