Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs while improving service levels
- Manage relationships with key logistics partners and negotiate optimal service agreements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Mentor junior logistics professionals and foster a culture of operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive logistics management experience in APAC region
- Expertise in TMS/WMS systems and data-driven decision making
- Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and import/export processes
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics networks and reducing operational costs
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
