Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement lean logistics strategies and reduce operational costs by 15%
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with carriers, customs brokers, and 3PL providers
- Drive digital transformation through WMS/TMS implementation and IoT integration
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's regulatory framework and international trade standards
- Analyze KPIs to optimize inventory levels and improve delivery reliability to 99.5%
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions and implement contingency plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years in logistics management with 3+ years in APAC markets
- Expertise in customs regulations, FTAs, and Singapore's logistics ecosystem
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (SAP EWM, Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder)
- Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CSCP) or equivalent
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs and improving service levels
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
