Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end logistics solutions for multi-modal freight operations across 15+ countries
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve 99.8% on-time delivery KPIs while maintaining <2% cost variance
- Optimize customs clearance processes using Singapore's TradeNet and ASEAN Single Window systems
- Drive warehouse automation projects including IoT-enabled inventory tracking and robotic picking systems
- Develop vendor management strategies reducing freight costs by 15% annually
- Implement ESG initiatives including carbon-neutral shipping lanes and sustainable packaging solutions
- Analyze supply chain data using Power BI to identify continuous improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business with 7+ years' experience
- Advanced certification in CSCP or CPIM from APICS
- Expertise in Singaporean customs regulations and FTAs (RCEP, CPTPP)
- Proficiency in logistics ERP systems (SAP EWM, Oracle SCM)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Proven track record leading digital transformation in logistics
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu
- Experience managing teams of 10+ professionals in multicultural environments
