Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, freight forwarding, and customs clearance
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs while improving delivery performance
- Manage relationships with key logistics partners and 3PL providers across APAC
- Analyze logistics data using KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
- Lead digital transformation projects in warehouse management systems (WMS) and TMS
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and security protocols
- Mentor junior logistics professionals and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in logistics management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in APAC logistics networks and customs regulations
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, JDA) and data analytics tools
- Certification in Six Sigma, CSCP, or CPIM preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with carriers and customs authorities
- Proven track record of cost reduction and process optimization
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
