Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs by 15%+
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing logistics projects and process improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL partners and carriers
- Implement and optimize WMS/TMS systems for real-time visibility and data-driven decision making
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Analyze KPIs and prepare executive reports on logistics performance metrics
- Drive sustainability initiatives in logistics operations including carbon footprint reduction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics/supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record optimizing logistics operations in APAC markets
- Expertise in WMS/TMS implementation and data analytics for logistics
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems
