- Oversee daily warehouse operations and freight coordination across 3+ distribution centers
- Optimize transportation routes using AI-powered route planning software
- Manage relationships with 50+ carrier partners and negotiate service agreements
- Implement lean inventory management systems to reduce holding costs by 15%
- Lead cross-functional teams for seasonal demand surges and peak periods
- Develop KPI dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with EU customs regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in logistics management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation required
- Fluency in English and Dutch; German proficiency highly valued
- Experience managing multimodal transportation networks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making record
