Responsibilities
- Oversee international freight forwarding operations across air, sea, and land routes
- Develop and implement warehouse management strategies for 50,000+ sq ft facilities
- Optimize supply chain routes using TMS/WMS platforms to reduce transit times by 15%
- Manage vendor relationships with 20+ carriers and 3PL providers
- Lead continuous improvement projects targeting cost reduction and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations and international trade laws
- Present monthly performance dashboards to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business
- 8+ years in logistics management with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in APAC trade lanes and customs clearance procedures
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- CSCP or CPIM certification preferred
- Proven track record in reducing logistics costs by 10-20%
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (for APAC operations)
