- Manage $50M+ freight contracts with carriers and 3PL partners
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing sustainable logistics initiatives
- Analyze KPIs to reduce transit times by 15% annually
- Oversee warehouse distribution centers serving 500+ daily shipments
- Implement IoT tracking systems for real-time cargo visibility
- Ensure 100% compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in transportation/logistics management
- Proven expertise in TMS/WMS implementation
- CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
- Experience negotiating multimodal freight contracts
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain analytics tools
- Strong P&L management background
- OSHA Hazmat certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management
