Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 3PL warehouses and cross-border transportation networks
- Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies while maintaining service excellence
- Lead digital transformation projects including TMS/WMS implementation
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with freight forwarders
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws
- Analyze KPIs and generate executive dashboards for continuous improvement
- Mentor junior logistics professionals and foster team development
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments for integrated supply chain planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics management with 3+ in leadership
- Certified in APICS-SCMP or CSCP preferred
- Expert knowledge of Singaporean customs regulations and ASEAN trade policies
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (SAP EWM, Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proven track record of reducing transportation costs by 15%+
