Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement lean logistics practices and reduce operational costs by 15%
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 3PL providers and shipping carriers
- Manage inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% order accuracy
- Drive digital transformation through WMS/TMS implementation and automation
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations and international trade laws
- Analyze KPIs to optimize routing, reduce transit times, and improve delivery reliability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8+ years in logistics management with 3+ years in APAC region
- Proven expertise in WMS/TMS implementation and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong understanding of Singapore customs regulations and ASEAN trade agreements
- Certification in CPIM or CSCP highly desirable
- Advanced data analysis skills with experience in logistics optimization software
- Exceptional stakeholder management across multinational teams
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin advantageous
