Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize cost-efficiency and service levels
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across procurement, distribution, and customer service
- Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous process enhancements
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
- Lead sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact in logistics operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record optimizing supply chain networks and reducing operational costs
- Expertise in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, TMS/WMS) and data analytics
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and team leadership abilities
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one other Asian language
