Join our dynamic logistics team as a Senior Logistics Manager and drive operational excellence across our APAC supply chain network. We're seeking a strategic leader to optimize freight forwarding, warehousing operations, and last-mile delivery while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to transform logistics processes and lead cross-functional initiatives in one of the world's busiest logistics hubs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including air/sea freight, customs clearance, and inventory management
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs by 15% while improving delivery times
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and customs brokers across 5+ countries
- Lead digital transformation initiatives in warehouse management systems (WMS) and TMS platforms
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's PSA regulations and international trade compliance standards
- Analyze logistics KPIs and implement continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma/Lean)
- Lead a team of 12 logistics specialists through performance management and development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years in logistics management with 5+ years in APAC operations
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and TMS/WMS platforms
- Certified in Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model
- Expert knowledge of INCOTERMS 2020 and Singapore customs regulations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics optimization modeling
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one other Asian language
- Track record of leading cross-cultural teams in multinational environments
