Responsibilities
- Design and implement regional logistics strategies optimizing cost, speed, and sustainability
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse management, freight forwarding, and customs compliance
- Develop KPIs for delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and carbon footprint reduction
- Negotiate contracts with shipping lines, 3PL providers, and technology vendors
- Oversees digital transformation initiatives including IoT tracking and AI-powered demand forecasting
- Ensure compliance with APAC customs regulations and ISO 9001 standards
- Manage $20M+ logistics budget with continuous cost optimization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in logistics/supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in APAC customs regulations and international trade compliance
- Advanced proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active preferred)
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
- Experience managing teams of 15+ across multiple locations
- Fluency in English with business-level Mandarin proficiency
- Strong data analytics background with experience in logistics optimization modeling
