Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs while enhancing service quality and sustainability
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse automation, route optimization, and TMS implementation
- Analyze KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover) to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization
- Manage vendor relationships with 3PLs, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure compliance and cost-efficiency
- Coordinate international shipping operations across APAC markets with customs clearance expertise
- Lead digital transformation initiatives in logistics technology and data analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics/supply chain management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in APAC logistics operations with customs compliance knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in WMS, TMS, and supply chain analytics platforms
- Strong P&L management experience with demonstrated cost reduction initiatives
- CSCP or CPIM certification highly regarded
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency advantageous for regional operations
