Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to reduce costs while improving service levels
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers and carriers
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing ERP and TMS systems
- Analyze KPIs and generate performance reports for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Drive continuous improvement projects using lean methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 10+ years in logistics management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience optimizing multi-regional supply chains in APAC
- Expertise in ERP/TMS implementations and data analytics
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor management expertise
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) preferred
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one other Asian language
