Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including air/sea freight, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery
- Develop and implement cost-optimization strategies for multi-modal transportation networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution planning
- Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and KPI monitoring (OTIF, TCO, etc.)
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with freight forwarders and carriers
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations and international trade policies
- Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce logistics carbon footprint
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in 3PL or multinational logistics operations
- Proven track record in managing complex multi-modal transportation networks
- Advanced proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in route optimization and cost modeling
- Expert knowledge of Singapore customs regulations and ASEAN trade agreements
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing 15+ person teams
