Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, transportation routing, and warehouse optimization
- Implement AI-powered logistics solutions to reduce delivery times by 20%+
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing multi-modal transportation strategies
- Develop KPI dashboards to monitor carrier performance and service level agreements
- Coordinate customs clearance and international freight documentation
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage $5M+ annual transportation budget with cost-reduction targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics/supply chain leadership
- Expertise in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Proven track record of optimizing multi-modal transportation networks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- CPIM or CSCP certification highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume distribution centers
- Excellent negotiation skills with carriers and 3PL partners
