Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to meet business objectives and customer expectations.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatching.
- Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and manage the annual logistics budget, forecasting costs and allocating resources effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales, operations, and finance.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and supply chain analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to warehouse facilities.
