Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end logistics strategies for regional distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs in cost reduction, delivery accuracy, and inventory optimization
- Overseas vendor management and carrier relationships across 5+ countries
- Drive digital transformation of logistics operations using WMS/TMS systems
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Develop annual logistics budgets and achieve cost-saving targets
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in logistics management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in international freight forwarding and customs compliance
- Proven track record of optimizing distribution networks in APAC
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Certified in CPIM or CSCP
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
