Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions with 99.9% on-time delivery rates
- Oversee 3PL partnerships and vendor management across 5+ countries
- Optimize distribution networks using AI-powered logistics platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams in inventory control and demand forecasting
- Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint by 30%
- Manage multimodal transportation strategies (air, sea, rail) for cost efficiency
- Implement WMS/TMS system integrations and process automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 10+ years in logistics leadership with 5+ years in APAC markets
- Certified in SCPro or CPIM with Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Expertise in customs compliance and international trade regulations
- Proven track record in reducing logistics costs by 20%+
- Strong analytical skills with SAP/APO or Oracle SCM experience
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (other languages a plus)
