Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain operations in Singapore. You will be responsible for the seamless flow of goods, ensuring cost-efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
As a key player in our logistics team, you will drive process improvements, manage a high-performing team, and foster strong relationships with global carriers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Manage relationships with 3PLs, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and local trade laws.
- Develop and implement logistics KPIs and reporting systems.
- Lead, mentor, and train the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.
- Execute risk management plans for supply chain disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license.
